about

Although the Camp Fire is fully contained, Butte County communities and the town of Paradise remain under mandatory evacuation orders. The ongoing rains have prompted the National Weather Service to put out flash flood and debris flow warnings in areas scarred by the wildfires.

When the rains came to town last week, KZSC Santa Cruz contributor- Dunan Ober- reported from the field. We discuss the lasting impacts these recent wildfire events are having on Butte County communities.
